Within the framework of the 25th Anniversary of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, the Pathways for Women's Empowerment and Development association (Pawed-iatc), invites the general public to join their movement and take part in the 16 days of activism against Gender-Based Violence which is not just a campaign, but a historic moment.
These 16 days will be used to spotlight these issues and connect them to global milestones such as:
CSW69 (69th Session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women),
Beijing+30 (30 years since the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action),
UNSCR 1325+25 (25 years of the Women, Peace, and Security agenda).
