The Network for Solidarity, Empowerment and Transformation for All (NewSETA) in partnership with the National Endowment for Democracy (NED, USA) shall organize a two-day workshop in Yaoundé targeting 40 journalists from 4 regions of Cameroon (North West, South West, Littoral and Centre) "Media, Peace and Elections."
This activity aims to explore and accentuate the role of a free press in shaping public opinion, in a climate of social crisis and electoral partisanship. If you are a journalist based in these regions and interested in taking part in this training, please apply before the 23 of October, 2020 for a chance to participate.
NB:
This activity is also said to be fully funded and priority will be given to participants who have not attended NewSETA trainings before.
