Missions et objectifs
BeLA is an association which works to Promote and Protect Human Rights, especially the rights of women and Youth,using Education, Capacity Development and Sports to Rescue, Transform and Empower People to build better and safer communities.
We are a group of passionate people who believe in a safer world as a requirement for everybody to learn develop and thrive, who work to Promote and Protect Human Rights, especially the rights of women and Youth using Education, Capacity Development and Sports to Rescue, Transform and Empower People to build better and safer communities for themselves and others.
We believe that, when people feel safe, they can be whatever they want to be and they can do whatever they want to do – Yekpu Eleen Ndze, Founder and Executive Director.
Our passion and dedication drive us to engage communities to build awareness on Human Rights Violations and to participate in rescuing, rehabilitating and empowering victims of various forms of abuse as well as victims of circumstance to create better livelihoods for themselves and their communities.
We recognise the empowering and unifying impact of Education and Sports and employ them in leading projects around our areas of Focus which include:
- Protecting and promoting human rights;
- Promoting sports as a means of social integration;
- Enhancing capacity development;
- Combatting radicalization and violent extremism.
BeLA is a not- for -profit organization with the goal of positioning itself as the leading organization safeguarding Human Rights Protection and the Empowerment of the Woman and Youth to be socially conscious leaders in communities, Nationally and Internationally.
