Missions et objectifs
LICHA is a Non profit making organization that seeks to bring sustainable change to the less privileged, the physically challenged and vulnerable children.
We dream of a society where everyone, especially persons from disadvantaged backgrounds is empowered economically, culturally and socially with the inalienable opportunity to enhance their abilities to exploit their maximum potentials.
